Palace allies sign NBN report vs Mike Arroyo

Twelve senators, including perceived Arroyo allies, had signed the Senate panel report recommending charges against First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo and other personalities involved in the allegedly anomalous $329-million national broadband network project.
