Telcos mum on pulse billing for interconnections

Except for the mobile unit of Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Co., mobile networks were mum on Wednesday on their compliance with a new billing system on mobile phone calls across networks, 10 days after the scheme was first imposed on calls within the same network.
