Man beheaded in Bicol during argument


MANILA, Philippines — A 45-year-old man has turned himself over to the police in the Bicol region after beheading another man with whom he had an argument. Radio dzRH reported Saturday that Edwin Torres, 45, admitted attacking Antonio Tocador with a blunt object and then with an itak (long knife) during an argument. The incident occurred at 9 a.m. Friday at Agay-ayan village in Tinambac town, Camarines Sur province. Initial investigation showed the two had an argument where where Torres hit Tocador and stabbed him. He surrendered to police after the incident, said the report. - GMANews.TV
