15 ‘tourist workers’ with spurious travel documents caught in NAIA-3

MANILA, Philippines - Government agents intercepted at least 15 "tourist workers" caught with spurious passports at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 early Wednesday morning. Radio dzBB's Denver Trinidad reported that the workers included several minors, and had passports that were allegedly tampered or "manufactured." Sketchy initial reports showed the 15 were headed for Jordan and Syria. They were on board a Cebu Pacific flight to Hong Kong where they were believed to take a connecting flight to their respective destinations, the report said. Agents of the Bureau of Immigration and National Bureau of Investigation intercepted the 15 and brought them to NBI headquarters in Manila. - GMANews.TV
