Cops probe death of 27-year-old in Pasay condo fire - report

MANILA, Philippines - Police in Pasay City are investigating the death of a 27-year-old man following a fire that hit a condominium in Pasay City Sunday night, a radio report said Monday afternoon. Radio dzRH reported that police found a stab wound in the head of the victim identified as Ivan Joel de Guzman at the Somerset Condominium at Leveriza in Pasay City. De Guzman's body was found inside a condominium unit supposedly registered to his father who is reportedly a retired police colonel. The report said the elder de Guzman has been invited to shed light on the incident, as police suspect the fire was a cover-up for the killing. - GMANews.TV
