Jetti to lower gasoline, diesel prices Thursday

MANILA, Philippines - Independent oil firm Jetti Supply Distribution Inc. on Wednesday said it would reduce its diesel and gasoline prices by P1 per liter. Radio dzBB quoted Jetti spokesman Joselito Magalona as saying that the rollback would take effect 12:01 a.m. Thursday. Jetti was the second independent oil player to cut pump prices within the week. Last Monday, Eastern Petroleum Corp. slashed its gasoline prices by P2 per liter and diesel prices by P1 per liter. As of posting time, other oil firms have yet to announce if they would also lower their pump prices. - GMANews.TV
