Motorcycle rider hurt in freak accident in Pasig City

MANILA, Philippines - A motorcycle rider was rushed to a hospital after figuring in a freak road accident on Marcos Highway in Pasig City, a radio report said early Friday.

Radio dzBB reported that Philip Ismael Singin, 30, crashed his motorcycle after skidding into a gutter near the Light Rail Transit 2 in Santolan village in Pasig City.

Witnesses said Singin may have been drunk because his XRM-type motorcycle was moving "erratically" before the accident. - GMANews.TV
