PBA: Ginebra nips San Miguel, forces Game 3

MANILA, Philippines – Barangay Ginebra pulled off a come-from-behind 91-88 win over sister team San Miguel in Game 2 of their KFC Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup quarterfinals series Friday night at the Astrodome in Pasay City. Ronald Tubid had 19 points, three rebounds and two blocks for the Gin Kings, who lived to fight another day after forcing a Game 3 you-or-me showdown on Sunday. The Beermen were aiming to close out the best-of-three series after squeezing out a 78-77 triumph on Wednesday.
