2 killed in Bacolod City duel

MANILA, Philippines - Two residents of Bacolod City knifed each other dead in a duel in Bacolod City Thursday, online news site Visayan Daily Star reported.
Jomar Allado, 25, of Igmaya-an village in Don Salvador Benedicto in Negros Occidental, and Mabini Tagiwalo, 22, of Bacolod City, held the duel to settle a grudge.
Police said the incident occurred at Galo-Lopez Jaena Streets in Brgy.

Initial investigation showed Allado died on the spot, while Tagiwalo was declared dead on arrival at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City.
Allado sustained four stab wounds on the chest, while Tagiwalo had one in his abdomen. - GMANews.TV
