(Update) Chevron, Seaoil announce price adjustments

MANILA, Philippines – Major oil player Chevron Philippines Inc. (formerly Caltex) and small player Seaoil on Tuesday announced price adjustments in their oil products. In a text message to reporters, Chevron corporate communications manager Antonio Nebrida said that the oil firm would hike its gasoline prices by P1.00 per liter and its diesel and kerosene prices by P0.75 per liter. Seaoil, meanwhile, will increase the prices of its gasoline products by P0.50 per liter. The price adjustments will take effect 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. -GMANews.TV
