Kho-Belo sex video does exist, lawyer confirms

MANILA, Philippines - The lawyer of celebrity cosmetic surgeon Vicki Belo on Friday night confirmed that his client did, in fact, also have a sex video with controversial ex-boyfriend Dr. Hayden Kho.
“We called this press conference because we received information that there is a sex video that is circulating involving Dr. Vicki Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho. We confirm that there is such [a] video," said lawyer Adel Tamano, Belo’s counsel, in an interview aired over Q’s Balitanghali.
He was, however, quick to mention that the video was purely “private."
“This was a purely private video, it was not intended for anyone else to see. This was between two consenting adults and the agreement between Dr. Belo and Dr. Kho was pagkatapos ishoot yung video at mapanood nila [after they shoot the video and watch it], immediately it would be deleted," he said.
Interest sparked over Kho’s private life after videos of his intimate acts with different women, most notably with actress Katrina Halili, flooded the Internet.
Halili said she first heard of the sex video scandal last December. When she confronted Kho, the latter denied the rumors. Later on, the actress said, Kho finally admitted that, indeed, there were video clips of their intimate scenes.
But before it spread like wildfire on the Internet, Halili said the Kho assured her that the videos were in safe hands because only his long time lover – Vicki Belo – has the copy of his hard disk. [See: Hayden assures Katrina: Only Belo has the film]
Tamano, however, said that Belo did not spread the sex videos.
“She [Belo] did not release these videos, she did not reproduce these videos and in fact sobrang nalulungkot po si Dr. Belo of what has happened and she condemns the release of these videos," he said.
Belo admitted, however, that she was in fact in possession of the hard drive where the videos were stored, but that it doesn’t mean that she was the culprit.
“There is a continuum of time, ibig sabihin [which means], how long was this in your possession, was this possessed by someone else, did someone else have access to this hard disk. Maybe as the investigation moves forward, it will become clear kung sino talaga [who really did it]," said her lawyer.

“Well, open kami sa maraming bagay, open kami to even filing criminal or other cases, pag-aralan na muna natin ng mabuti, and ang orientation kasi ni Dr. Belo, madali ‘yan mag-forgive eh, hindi siya vindictive na tao so it will also hinge on what the client would want," said Tamano.

Halili refused to comment on Belo’s statements but said her situation is better now.
