'Hayden cam' case: Gotcha, Revilla says of Hayden’s admission on videos

MANILA, Philippines - Criminal charges will definitely be filed against celebrity doctor Hayden Kho Jr. now that he has admitted taking videos of his sexual acts with Katrina Halili without the actress’ consent, Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. said Thursday. In an interview on dzBB after the Senate hearing into the scandal, Revilla said there's no forgiving Kho, whom the senator said could be charged with violating provisions of Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004. "Meron na tayong malinaw na kaso against Dr. Hayden Kho. Inamin na niya e. Yung pagkuha pa lang paglapastangan na yun," said Revilla, himself a celebrity. [We have a good case against Dr. Kho, because he made the admission already. He already violated (Halili) with the mere capturing (of the sexual act).] "Hindi natin pwedeng patawarin si Hayden," added the senator. During the hearing, Kho admitted that Halili did not know he was recording their sexual acts, videos of which made their way to the Internet and ultimately to the hands of vendors who sold copies to an all-too-eager public. Earlier in the hearing, Kho testified before the Senate that Halili offered him drugs during their first affair, saying it was Halili who told him to take drugs before they slept together at the Holiday Inn in 2007. "She asked me to take drugs. I told her just one, but she insisted that I take two, since it won't have that much effect," Kho said in Filipino. "Every time we see each other there was no conversation. It was all drugs and sex," Kho added. Halili denied the accusation and stressed that she never took drugs. She also said she did not view their relationship the way Kho described it, adding that she loved Kho. -Johanna Camille Sisante, GMANews.TV
