Lider ng robbery group na sumalakay sa Greenbelt 5 napatay sa Cebu

COMPOSTELLA, Cebu – Apat na tao kabilang ang pinapaniwalaang lider ng kilabot na Alvin Flores Gang na nanloob sa Greenbelt 5 sa Makati noong Oktubre 18 ang napatay sa shootout sa mga awtoridad sa bayang ito nitong Huwebes ng gabi.

Sa ulat ni Cebu GMA News reporter Lalaine Go, ihahain sana ng pinagsanib na tauhan ng Philippine National Police at National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), ang arrest warrant sa mga suspek para sa kasong illegal possession of firearms nang maganap ang engkuwentro.

Nanlaban umano ang mga suspek at napatay ang apat sa kanila kabilang ang itinuturong lider ng grupo na si Alvin Flores, ayon kay Roel Bolivar, hepe ng Reaction, Arrest and Interdiction Division (RAID) sa Manila.

Ang iba pang nasawi ay sina Richie Hijapon at Mark Salamanca, habang hindi pa nakikilala ang isa pa.

Naaresto naman ang isa pang suspek na si Rene Batiancila na nahaharap sa kasong illegal possession of firearms sa Caloocan City.

Galing naman sa korte ng Antipolo ang ipinalabas na warrant of arrest laban kay Flores dahil sa kasong robbery.



Kaagad umanong nagtungo ang mga awtoridad sa Cebu matapos makakuha ng impormasyon ng umalis na sa Maynila ang grupo ni Flores makaraang ang pagsalakay sa isang tindahan ng mamahaling relo sa Greenbelt 5.

Hindi malinaw sa pulisya kung bakit nasa Cebu ang grupo ni Flores, bagaman inihayag ni NBI Central Visayas regional director Medardo de Lemos na unang pagkakataon na nakita nila ang grupo sa lalawigan.

Si Flores ay may nakapatong na pabuyang P500,000 sa kanyang ikadarakip.

Kilala ang Alvin Flores Gang sa mga mapangahas na pagsalakay sa mga establisimyento at gumagamit ng mga uniporme ng mga awtoridad.

Isang miyembro ng grupo ni Flores ang napatay ng mga tauhan ni Taguig Mayor Sigfredo "Freddie" Tinga nang magkabarilan nang looban ng mga suspek ang tindahan ng mamahaling relo sa Greenbelt 5. - GMANews.TV
