NDCC list of impassable roads as of Nov. 1, 2009

Typhoon Santi (Mirinae) may have already left Philippine territory, but the rains and winds it brought rendered some roads and bridges in Luzon impassable. According to the National Disaster Coordinating Council's latest situation report on Sunday morning, the following are still impassable due to landslides and floods: Santi started unleashing its wrath Friday evening, causing power outages, floods, and landslides in some areas in Luzon.
