Lone winner bags P111-M Superlotto jackpot

Year 2009 will end on a bright note for a resident from Luzon who turned out to be the lone winner in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Superlotto draw Tuesday night. Radio dzBB reported Wednesday that the winner got the Superlotto 6/49 combination of 15-27-17-37-18-11 to win the P111,242,358 prize. PCSO spokesman Larry Cedro did not name the winner for security reasons, but said the winner is from Luzon. Bettors formed long queues at PCSO betting stations Tuesday, hoping to snag the P111.2-million jackpot.
