Now in LA: Pacman sees great fight vs Clottey

Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao is now in the United States to start the pre-fight publicity and preparations for what he anticipates as a great fight with Joshua Clottey of Ghana. Arriving to a huge welcome at the LAX on a rainy Sunday night (Monday morning in Manila), Pacquiao said he looks forward to fighting Clottey in an exciting showdown on March 13 at the Cowboys Stadium in Dallas. “Abangan ninyo po ang Clottey fight sa March 13, maganda ito, a very exciting fight," Pacquiao said before TV cameras that covered his arrival in Los Angeles.

The reigning pound-for-pound king will spend the night in LA, then travel to Dallas Monday morning for a press conference formally announcing the PPV card dubbed “The Event." The next day, the Pacman will fly to New York for a second media gab at the Madison Square Garden Theater. According to PhilBoxing.Com, Pacquiao will open his training camp by Thursday morning.
