New political gimmick: Candidates turn to PUBs for ad spaces

With just days to go before the start of the official campaign period, some national candidates for the May 10 polls have found unique ad spaces in rear side of public utility buses (PUBs). Large body stickers of both administration and opposition candidates were seen plastered on the rear of buses plying routes in Quezon City. The stickers bearing beaming faces of candidate were large enough to cover almost the entire backside of a PUB. Among the candidates who stuck their happy faces on the “butt" were administration standard bearer Gilberto Teodoro Jr. and senatorial bet Ramon Guico; and re-electionist Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, who is running under the ticket of former President Joseph Estrada. - LBG, GMANews.TV
