Download Podcasts: GMA Radio launches Ikaw Na Ba?...The Vice Presidential Interview

(Updated Mar. 15, 9:38 p.m.) After the highly successful presidential interview, GMA Network's flagship AM Radio Station DZBB now brings Ikaw Na Ba?...The Vice Presidential Interview beginning Wednesday, March 10. The interview will air on weekdays until March 19 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and will be simulcast over SUPER RADYO DZBB 594Khz, 97.1 BARANGAY LS-FM, and all RGMA AM and FM stations nationwide. The special radio program, which forms part of GMA Network's comprehensive election coverage dubbed, Eleksyon 2010, will feature a one-on-one interview with the vice presidential candidates to be conducted by multi-awarded broadcast journalist Mike Enriquez. With a lineup of in-your-face questions, Enriquez will help the public scrutinize the aspirants vying for the second highest elective position in the government. Ikaw Na Ba?...The Vice Presidential Interview will provide voters another venue that will help them decide who among the candidates can best team up with the next president and help deliver a more robust economic performance. The series of interviews kicks off with Nacionalista Party and Nationalist People’s Coalition's bet Senator Loren Legarda. Bangon Pilipinas’ Perfecto Yasay will be on board on Thursday, March 11; and Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay will be heard on Friday, March 12. Kilusan ng Bagong Lipunan’s Jay Sonza will guest on Monday, March 15; while former MMDA chairman Bayani Fernando will be interviewed Tuesday, March 16. Ang Kapatiran’s candidate Atty. Dominador Chipeco will take the hot seat on Wednesday, March 17; while administration bet Eduardo Manzano is scheduled on Thursday, March 18. Liberal Party’s vice presidential bet Senator Mar Roxas will be interviewed Friday, March 19. Audio recordings of Enriquez' interviews with the nine presidential candidates last February are also available online. Ikaw Na Ba?...The Vice Presidential Interview will also be heard on the Internet via the DZBB livestream on GMANews.TV.
