Official: 3 people killed in predawn Cebu City fire

At least three people were reported killed in a fire that hit a residential area in Cebu City early Thursday. Cebu City fire department Senior Fire Officer 3 Ricardo Villarente Jr. said the fire hit the Calderon Compound in Guadalupe village at about 1 a.m. In an interview on dzBB radio, Villarente said they are still determining the cause of the fire.
