Generous Pacman wows ‘Air Pacquiao’ crew

ATLANTA – The crew of “Air Pacquiao" – the chartered plane that flew Manny Pacquiao and his entourage to Dallas from their training base in L.A. – experienced first-hand the champ’s known generosity during their flight. Filipino stewardesses Melody Ross and Catherine Acaba related how their popular passenger won over the crew with his warmth and kindness.

They said they saw the Pacman “handing a windfall" to each of the passengers and the crew of the Florida-based private plane. Ross and Acaba also bared they received generous tips from the boxing superstar and five tickets to his title defense against Joshua Clottey on Saturday at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. “I’m taking the day off from work and I’m going to watch the fight in person," Ross said. Acaba, for her part, has yet to make up her mind if she’s heading to Texas to witness the 31-year-old fighter in action. “Mabait siya (Pacquiao) at magalang," Ross and Acaba chorused when asked to describe Pacquiao. “Sana manalo uli siya." - GMANews.TV
