Fire razes Makati residential area — report

Some P1.5 million in property went up in smoke after a fire of still undetermined origin razed a residential area in Makati City Sunday night. Radio dzBB reported the fire started past 10 p.m. Sunday and reached Task Force Bravo before firefighters put it out at 12:30 a.m. Monday. A separate report on dzXL radio said P1.5 million was destroyed in the fire along Yabut Street in the city's Guadalupe district.
