Israel Embassy in Manila to be closed 2 weeks in April


The Israeli Embassy in Manila will be closed on several days for the Jewish Passover and Holy Week holidays. In an announcement on its website, the embassy said it will be closed until April 6. Last March 30 to 31 it was closed for the Passover. Also April 1 to 2 – Maundy Thursday and Good Friday - are local Philippine holidays. The embassy said it will still be closed April 5 to 6 to mark the Passover; also on April 9, Friday, a local holiday. The embassy will be open until noon only on April 19 and be closed on April 20, to mark Israel Independence Day. - LBG, GMANews.TV
