Volunteer radio reporter shot dead in Ozamis

An unidentified gunman shot dead a volunteer radio reporter in Ozamis City in Misamis Occidental province Wednesday afternoon. Radio dzBB reported Thursday police are still investigating the motive behind the killing of Edwin Segue, a volunteer reporter of dxSY radio at about 4 p.m. Segue was parking his vehicle along Don Anselmo Bernad Avenue in the city when the gunman shot him. Police said that while they are not discounting the possibility that the attack was related to his work as a journalist, they are also looking at other possible motives for the crime.
