Roxas's rating drops as Binay's picks up


Vice presidential candidate Senator Manuel "Mar" Roxas's preference rating dropped by three percentage points as Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay picked up four points to take the second spot from Senator Loren Legarda, the latest Businessworld-commissioned Social Weather Stations survey said. While Roxas of the Liberal Party continues to enjoy a wide lead over his opponents, his score dropped to 39 percent while Binay of the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino rose to 25 percent. http://www.bworldonline.com/main/content.php?id=9816 Legarda of the Nationalist People's Coalition was bumped off to third place with 24 percent. The ratings of the remaining vice-presidential candidates remained virtually unchanged. Their scores were as follows: Metro Manila Development Authority chair Bayani Fernando (three percent), administration bet Edu Manzano (two percent), Bangon Pilipinas’ Perfecto Yasay (one percent), Kilusang Bagong Lipunan’s Jay (0.4 percent), and Ang Kapatiran’s Dominador Chipeco, Jr. (0.3 percent).
