21 hurt on SLEX after school bus collides with chemical tanker

At least 21 people were reported hurt, most of them students, after a school bus they were riding figured in an accident along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) in southern Metro Manila Friday morning. The bus collided with a chemical tanker that was making a U-turn along the SLEX near the Sucat, Parañaque exit, Radio dzXL reported. The incident snarled traffic along the SLEX’s northbound lane. The passengers were trapped inside the bus for more than an hour before rescue teams got them out and brought them to a nearby hospital in Muntinlupa City. - RJAB Jr., GMANews.TV
