Is Pacquiao back in Mayweather's radar?

Floyd Mayweather Jr. entered the ring in a circus mode, playing with the crowd and taking a crack boxer like "Sugar" Shane Mosley for granted. It cost him dearly in the second round when he was staggered by his more experienced rival's walloping right that made Floyd Jr.'s knees wobbly. But that was a temporary setback. Once Mayweather's head got all cleared, the thrash-talking fighter was in serious business and had the match in firm control. With his perfect ring record on the line, the sport’s ultimate showman turned things around and ended the match the way he wanted, to remain undefeated, as he dominated Mosley for the next 10 rounds to score a unanimous decision victory. Now that Mosley easily disposed off, can the boxer known as "Money" in the world of prizefighting set up a compromise deal with Manny Pacquiao’s camp that would certainly arrange the mother of all deals in sports - a multi-million dollar showdown between two of boxing's biggest draw. The reigning pound-for-pound king against the former No.1 pound-for-pound fighter. International fight fans want to see the Mayweather-Pacquiao megabout, a match made in heaven to be played by two devils inside the ring.

"If Manny Pacquiao wants to fight, I’m easy to find," said Mayweather after the fight. Asked by boxing analyst Larry Merchant if he could find a compromise on the blood testing issue with Pacquiao, Mayweather answered: "All he have to do is take the blood and urine test. If not, there ain’t gonna be no fight." "If Pacquiao takes the tests we can make the fight happen to all the fans. I just want to have a level playing field and be treated fairly." Pacquiao could have fought Mayweather last March, but ended up facing a defensive-minded Joshua Clottey of Ghanam, who did nothing but protect himself instead of box. The less interesting fight was arranged after negotiations from both camps broke down. Mayweather has accused Pacquiao of taking performance enhancing drugs and the outspoken American fighter wants an Olympic-style blood testing in order for the fight to happen. Pacquiao refused to take a random blood test a few days before the fight due personal superstitions forcing the Mayweathers to pull out of the negotiations. He agreed to a blood test if it was done much earlier than the scheduled fight so as to level the playing field between them. – GMANews.TV
