Severed arm messes traffic in Manila

A severed human arm snarled early morning traffic as it attracted the attention of motorists, commuters and passersby in Manila's Sampaloc district early Tuesday. Radio dzXL reported the arm was found placed inside a sack abandoned at the corner of Loyola and Jaime dela Rosa Streets in the Sampaloc district. Many passersby, commuters and motorists slowed down to take a look at the body part, disrupting traffic in the process. The Manila Police District's homicide unit sent a team to the site to investigate, even as initial investigation indicated the arm was that of a male. — LBG, GMANews.TV
