Report: Judge shot dead in Cagayan province

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a judge in Cagayan province Tuesday evening, a radio report said Wednesday. Radio dzXL cited initial police reports identifying the victim as Judge Andres Cipriano of Aparri town. Cipriano succumbed to at least two gunshot wounds in the body and died instantly, the report said. Sketchy initial reports indicated the judge was shot while heading for his boarding house in Aparri Tuesday evening.
