Boy killed, parents wounded in Masbate ambush

A three-year-old boy was killed while his parents were seriously wounded in an ambush in Masbate province, a radio report said Monday. The incident occurred at Mataba village in Aroroy town in Masbate, while the victims were on their way home, radio dzXL reported. Police are now looking for at least five suspects in the incident, four of whom were surnamed De Llamas. Killed on the spot was the three-year-old boy initially identified as Arbit Mendoza. His parents Eleanor and Roberto were rushed to a nearby hospital.
