'PSG agent' injured in predawn road mishap in Pasay

A supposed "confidential agent" of the Presidential Security Group was injured after figuring in a freak road crash in Pasay City before dawn Friday. Radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported that traffic investigators recovered an ID card identifying the injured as Roy Evangelista, a PSG "confidential agent." Evangelista was thrown off two meters from his motorcycle after colliding with a van along the West Service Road in Pasay City before 5 a.m. Initial investigation showed that while Evangelista had a helmet with him, he was not wearing it at the time of the crash. On the other hand, the truck driver initially identified as Anaceto Pasada said Evangelista's motorcycle was going fast from the opposite lane and hit his truck head-on. The impact of the collision destroyed the truck's windshield, he said. — LBG, GMANews.TV
