Report: 3 killed, 2 hurt in GenSan stabbing spree

A man abandoned by his wife stormed his in-laws' house in General Santos City, stabbing dead two people and wounding two others before getting killed. Radio dzXL reported Friday the incident occurred at Purok Muksin in Lower Baluan village in the city. Killed were Ruayma Usman, 18; and sibling Sagirin Usman, 20. Wounded were Hamsa Usman and patriarch Rubuma Usman, 42. The report said the suspect, initially identified only as Edwin, was killed after neighbors ganged up on him, beat him up, and slashed his throat. Initial investigation showed Edwin, a native of Sarangani province, stormed the Usmans' house looking for his wife Rakhma, who left him after they had an argument.
