German engineer found dead in Davao del Sur

A German national was found dead on board a vessel docked in Malalag Bay, Davao del Sur, Friday evening. According to Sr. Supt. Ronald de la Rosa of the Davao del Sur Police Department, 54-year old Shulz Hans Ulrich, 54, the chief engineer of the MV Hanjin Palermo, was found dead on the sixth level of the foreign vessel at 6:24 pm on June 11. A post-mortem exam showed the cause of death to be "second to cardiac etiology," according to de la Rosa. The body of Mr. Ulrich was brought to the Revira Funeral Parlor in Malalag, police said. - GMANews.TV
