Explosion cuts power in parts of QC, Meralco says

An explosion that reportedly took place along Rodriguez St., in Banlat, Tandang Sora, Quezon City has cut power in certain areas of the city. Areas without power are portions of Banlat, Tandang Sora, Bahay Toro, Project 8, and Barangay Talipapa, Meralco said in a tweet sent on Tuesday at 5:08 p.m. Its crews are on the way to check it out, the company said in its tweet.
