Fire caused by exploding LPG tank leaves four injured


At least four people were injured after a fire caused by an exploding liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tank razed a house in Albay province on Thursday. The fire started at Purok 3 in Palarayun village in Bacacay town and spread to three other houses, radio dzXL said in a report. Injured in the fire were Jovito Balaquis, who suffered third-degree burns; Aida Balyon and Rogelio Beltran, who suffered second-degree burns; and Charito Barion, who suffered first-degree burns. The four were rushed to the Ziga District Hospital. Arson investigators estimated the damage to property at P1 million. - RJAB Jr., GMANews.TV
