35 of 56 pass Environmental Planner Licensure Exams


Thirty-five out of 56 examinees passed the Environmental Planner Licensure Examination given by the Board of Environmental Planning in Manila this month, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday. The PRC also announced that issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on July 15 but not later than July 23 this year. Those who will register are required to bring the following: - duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, - current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), - 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), - 1 piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), - 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and - 1 short brown envelope with name and profession The successful examinees will also have to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013, the PRC said. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, the commission added. The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on July 30 at 1:30 p.m. at the Club Filipino in Greenhills, San Juan. Registration for membership with the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP) will also start on July 15 this year. — KBK/RSJ, GMANews.TV
