Man dies after being electrocuted

One of two men who were having a drink in Quezon City died after being electrocuted. Yuri Galit and Karl Kevin Matias were drinking at Galit's house along Zapopot Street in Manresa village when the incident occurred, radio dzXL reported. Initial investigation showed that while Galit and Matias, both 22, were drinking, they saw a "spark" from a nearby cable. When Galit stood up to push the cable aside, he was electrocuted. Matias tried to help him but was also electrocuted and died. Galit sustained second-degree burns in the neck and other parts of the body. — RJAB Jr./RSJ, GMANews.TV
