Report: Armed gang members rob Parañaque councilor

At least three armed members of the Akyat-Bahay Gang struck hours after new President Benigno Simeon Aquino III was inaugurated, victimizing a councilor of Parañaque City Wednesday night. Radio dwIZ reported early Thursday the three robbers barged into the house of Councilor Eric Baes along Quirino Avenue in Tambo village amid a downpour. Baes said the three men, who he described as "young-looking," poked firearms at members of his household and took several personal items, cash, and electronic equipment.
