Arroyo photo still on OP website a day after Noynoy inaugural

Almost 30 hours have gone by since the assumption of Benigno “Noynoy" Aquino III to the presidency, but the website of the Office of the President has yet to be updated. As of 4 p.m. Thursday, the website still bears the picture of former president and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
