Spa operators in Cebu complain about 'controversial massage'

A group of spa operators in Cebu province are complaining about a controversial massage that involves stroking the male sex organ. The massage — called the lingam massage — is offered in some spas and parlors, which is viewed as a threat to tourism in the region, Radio dzXL said in a report. Central Visayas tourism regional director Ma. Rica Bueno was surprised to learn of the controversial massage being offered, the dzXL report said.
