14 hurt as bus hits jeep on Coastal Road

At least 14 people were reported hurt after the passenger jeep they were riding was hit by a bus that went out of control along the Coastal Road in Southern Luzon early Monday. Radio dzXL said the incident occurred along the Coastal Road near Parañaque City, when the bus went out of control and hit the jeep. The report said the injured, who were on the jeep, were rushed to the St. Dominic Hospital in Bacoor town in Cavite province. At least one of them, initially identified as Ibrahim Dumla, was reported to be in serious condition. Bus driver Renato de Leon claimed his bus went out of control and rammed onto the jeep. –VVP, GMANews.TV
