MMDA man caught using agency’s bus as ‘motel’

A Metropolitan Manila Development Authority employee is now in hot water after he was caught turning an MMDA bus parked in Quezon City into a virtual motel early Thursday. Gilbert Montano faces administrative and criminal charges after police and a media crew caught him having sex with a 19-year-old woman inside the bus, radio dzBB’s Roland Bola reported. Montano, 24, was drunk at the time and initially claimed the woman was his wife, but eventually admitted she was not. The report said the MMDA bus was parked across an MMDA office near the Kamuning Flyover in Quezon City. Investigation showed a television crew called police after seeing the silhouette of a man undressing inside the bus. A police team and the television crew boarded the bus and found Montano and his partner. Montano was taken to the Quezon City Police Station 10 where police are mulling charges against him.— LBG, GMANews.TV
