Robinsons set to open new townhouse devt


Robinsons Land Corp., the real-estate firm of the Gokongwei family, launched on Monday a new townhouse development within its nine-hectare property in Sucat, Paranaque. Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, Robinsons vice president for business development, said Woodsville Residences will initially offer 116 townhouse units that will cost between P5.2 million to P6.9 million each. Units sizes range from 60 square meters (sqm) to 123 sqm. Woodsville Residences is an exclusive, gated townhouse community spread out over 3 hectares of land, said GoBio. "Woodsville is a perfect for those young, second generation families living in suburban areas like San Pablo, Calamba and other nearby provinces in Laguna and Cavite who are wishing to upgrade their residence without leaving the south," GoBio said. Robinsons will start construction of the units in one year. They will be turned over by September 2014. Woodsville Residences is part of the nine-hectare Woodsville City development, which includes 9 clusters of mid-rise residential towers and a shopping mall. —JE, GMANews.TV
