Report: 100 families lose homes in QC fire

At least 100 families lost their homes in a fire that razed at least 50 houses in a residential area in Quezon City early Wednesday. Radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported the fire also snarled early morning rush hour traffic along Agham Road in San Roque village. Metro Manila fire marshal Senior Superintendent Pablito Cordeta said the fire was placed under control past 7 a.m., even as they are still looking into what caused the fire.
