As front liners, they represent the agency to the public and their actions reflect not only their unit but the entire MMDA," Tolentino stressed. Hospitalization benefits Some 2,000 MMDA traffic enforcers also stand to receive free hospitalization benefits. The MMDA said it will sign on Tuesday an agreement with the Chinese General Hospital to provide free hospitalization for the MMDA traffic enforcers. "In addition to the free hospitalization, we will try to give all benefits due our traffic enforcers to motivate them to perform their duties well, with integrity and honesty ... I have instructed our legal department to speed up the reconsideration we are asking from the Commission on Audit regarding this matter," Tolentino said. He added they should always embody the MMDA motto of "Marangal Matapat Disiplinado Ako. (I am honorable, honest, and disciplined)."
