Phivolcs: Magnitude-3.3 quake hits Surigao area

A magnitude-3.3 quake hit the Surigao area in Mindanao Tuesday morning, but state seismologists said there was no damage or casualty. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake was recorded at 9:42 a.m., with the epicenter at 31 km southwest of Surigao City.
