Police: 6 killed, 2 hurt in shooting incident in Sulu

Six people were killed while two others were hurt following a shooting incident in the southern Philippine province of Sulu last Tuesday, a belated report from the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Thursday. Citing the report, PNP spokesman Senior Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. said the victims were inside their residence in Barangay Panglahayan in Patikul town about 7 p.m. Tuesday when the unknown suspects attacked them. The fatalities were identified as Karrah Aoh, Ganday Aroh, Delhana Aroh, Aldimar Aroh, Nulwina Aroh, and Lorwina Aroh. Wounded in the attack were Narcisa Aroh and Nidzfar Ikson.
