Report: Cebu cop arrests barber for bad haircut

For giving a police precinct commander a bad haircut, a barber found himself spending time in a detention cell in Cebu City. Radio dzXL reported Saturday the matter was eventually settled after Senior Inspector Mario Monilar accepted the apologies of barber Jessie Tacumba, 32. The report said Monilar, head of the police precinct in the city’s Guadalupe district, had asked Tacumba to cut off some hair still visible at the back of his head. He said Tacumba, who was using electric razor, suddenly shaved off a patch of hair that was not supposed to be removed. An irked Monilar had Tacumba arrested over the incident, the report said. — LBG, GMANews.TV
