Dead fetus found floating on Agusan River

BUTUAN CITY - A dead fetus was found floating on Agusan River in Mindanao in southern Philippines, local police said. SPO3 Irish Fe Benegian of the Butuan Police Office’ Women and Child Protection Division (WCPD) said last Friday, wood sawmill worker Eldy Lumabas found the fetus inside a plastic bag floating on the river in the village of Pangabugan here. Lumbas reported the matter to his co-workers, who later reported the incident to the Butuan City police.
