Ayala Land to build first BPO site in NegrosOcc

Property giant Ayala Land Inc. has started to build its first business process outsourcing (BPO) site in Talisay, Negros Occidental. The site — Ayala North Point TechnoHub — will be a fully integrated information technology and IT-enabled services community designed for 24x7 operations, Ayala Land said Wednesday. Once completed, the TechnoHub will consist of several low-rise BPO buildings with a total gross leasable area of 40,000 square meters, Ayala Land said. The project, which is within the 215-hectare property of Ayala Land, is expected to generate more than 15,000 jobs for the local community. “This is in line with Ayala Land’s growth strategy to bring our developments across the country through the creation and development of sustainable communities," the property developer said. “Talisay is one of the major growth centers Ayala Land would like to have a strong presence in," the company added.
