Man falls to death while installing electric 'jumper' in Manila

A 40-year-old man fell to his death after being jolted while installing an illegal electric connection in Manila's Port Area before dawn Friday. Radio dzBB's Carlo Mateo reported the man, initially identified as Julie Ceniza, accidentally touched the high-tension, was shocked and fell. An initial investigation showed the incident occurred at 3:30 a.m. at the Parola Compound in Port Area.
