Magnitude-3.4 quake rocks GenSan — Phivolcs

A magnitude-3.4 quake rocked parts of Mindanao Saturday but state seismologists said this was not enough to cause damage. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the quake was recorded at 8:05 a.m., and was tectonic in origin. It said the epicenter was traced to 168 km southeast of General Santos City. However, it did not indicate areas where the quake was felt. Phivolcs said no aftershocks are expected from Saturday morning's quake. — LBG, GMANews.TV
